Effective April 01, 2017, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office will be making the following changes:

1. Registrants will only be able to register on the following days of the week with the exception of any holiday:

• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Thursday

Between the hours of 8:00am – 3:00pm

2. Registrations will no longer be processed in the lobby of the Detention Facility (Jail). Please report to the Sheriff’s Office main lobby.

Please be aware that restricting registrations to be processed on the aforementioned days does
not extend the time allowed nor does it violate current registration requirement laws.
