Effective January 1, 2016 peace officer complaints are subject to California Assembly Bill 953, which amends Penal Code Section 13012 pertaining to the collection and reporting of citizen's complaints against peace officers.
Peace officer complaint forms are available in the Sheriff's Office headquarters lobby, located at 1045 Jeff Tuttle Drive, San Andreas, CA 95249. All forms should be directed to Internal Affairs at the Sheriff's Office headquarters.
